People can make multiple accounts and vote more than once.
If you wanted to stop that you could just ask people to announce their vote though. _________________ She's dead, wrapped in plastic.

Whoever puts the poll up can decide whether it's anonymous or not. |
You do have that option. It's called "View Results." I've seen it plenty of times. I was able to view the results of a lot of pols before voting.
btw, if they made a second account, that account would get banned. Which leads to another question, should banned users votes be on the polls?

Yes, but it doesn't show who voted for what, for instance, it doesn't show "Option X, voted for by Jman, Frogger, etc."

JMan, I mean I'd like to see which user has voted for which poll option, as Frogger says.
And yeah, as Lawliet says, it would solve the problem of people using multiple accounts to vote. _________________ Shut up mate you're boring!

Not necessarily, if you use a different IP address i.e one at work and one at home/school/friends house/smart phone etc etc. _________________ She's dead, wrapped in plastic.

Oh, now I get it. I guess that could work out. So what people are suggesting is what if the user could decide if he wanted his vote to be anonymous or not?

No, I'm saying that whoever puts the poll up can decide whether voting will be anonymous or not. Users can choose not to vote if they don't like it not being anonymous. _________________ Shut up mate you're boring!

I like this. I really like this. This is really good thinking! I can't wait for AM's say in this. I think he'll love it.

This is good. Particularly for tournaments and such. _________________ She's dead, wrapped in plastic.

I can't promise when it will be implemented, but I'll see if there is a forum add-on that we can use to do this.
