The thing about Radiohead is that they're good at making you feel intelligent listening to it - they create an illusion that it's not accessible music.
Not that they're bad, I love them, but they're far from geniuses. This is a pleasant album, and at only 38 minutes it's worth a spin now and then - Separator is fantastic.
A distinctly average record by a very good band. That doesn't make this better than a distinctly average record by a distinctly average band. I find the fact that this record is in BEA's Top 250 totally and utterly baffling.
