If I had to pick one song to fit this criteria, it would be "The Geese of Beverly Road" by The National. It's my third favorite song, it's spectacularly overlooked, and I send it out on a lot of mixes and so forth.

Doing it the other way...

1. "Skinny Love" Bon Iver - For Emma, Forever Ago
2. "This Must Be Love " Phil Collins - Face Value
3. "Buggin'" The Flaming Lips - The Soft Bulletin

1. "Winter's Love" by Animal Collective (just realized today that it is probably the most beautiful song ever)
2. "Amsterdam" by Coldplay
3. "No Surprises" by Radiohead

Oh. Yes we are. I suppose if we have to pick one, I've still got to go with In My Life by The Beatles ... which isn't on Spotify. So I suppose Meyou and Youme by Einstürzende Neubauten.
