Aw, man, it's been a while. "School", "Bloody Well Right", and "Crime of the Century" are outstanding (and "Rudy" ain't too bad, either), but the rest of the album just doesn't hold up next to the singles. Still a good album, though. Definitely their best full album, though I always thought of them as more of a singles band myself.

I remember loving "Bloody Well Right" when I was a toddler. I heard it on the radio, and it was my favorite song at the time. I'll give this one a listen later.

Not only my fave by this absolutely amazing band (seriously their four albums from this to Breakfast are pure gold it's incredible), but also one of the best albums I have ever heard in any genre. There may be a nostalgic part, because it's one of the albums which got me into listening to albums, but seriously, there is fucking Hide In Your Shell here, how can it be less than great? The first side may be my favorite four-song suite of all time. If you haven't yet, forget your prejudices (Supertramp isn't a "cool" band at all) and give this a real chance. It's amazing.

For someone looking to get into Supertramp I'd recommend their compilation Retrospectacle. I usually don't put compilations on my chart but I've considered it for that one.

Have to agree with this comment. One of the albums that i "grew up with", an all time great.

I listened to 'Dreamer' so much when I was on holiday one year.
