When adding tracks to an album, how are we to go about adding data for albums that contain a pre-gap hidden track or "track zero"?
Also on a somewhat related note, I think we should have a stickied general Q&A thread at the top of the suggestions forum so there need not be a new thread every time someone has a simple question or is seeking clarification on something

Something on the to do list is a help page for the admin section of the site. This will be an amalgamation of the help text which is already available when you hover over the respective help icons next to each field on the admin pages. It's obviously a failure with the existing system that not everybody appears to be using this, but it's perfectly ok to seek clarification in the forums where the help text is not clear, or it does not cover a particular situation.
Regards hidden tracks, the current policy is as follows:
If, on the original release, there are hidden tracks, these should be suffixed as '[Hidden Track]' so that people are aware when looking at a release that the listing might differ to what is visible on the artwork.
There is no current policy regarding track zero, but I don't think we should use this (as as we'd be into negative figures if there was more than one hidden track at the start of a release), so all track listings must start at track one (hidden or not) and be numbered sequentially with no gaps. In the same way, a track part-way through a release would have to be numbered sequentially to maintain its appropriate position within the track list. (I'll update the help text in the next release to make this clearer).
