Is it true that Perfect Pussy is re-releasing those menstrual blood pressings? Cause I demand one.

My first RSD i think I did pretty well.

Drive By Truckers - Dragon Pants EP
Deer Tick - Eel Bowel 7''
Phosphorescent - Song for Zula 12''
Randy Newman - Randy Newman Reissue

plus a few that my record store was hanging on to for today like...
Johnny Cash - Live at Folsom
The Psychadelic Sounds of the 13th floor elevators.

now for the fun part!

waited for an hour but i was worth it because I got the things i was looking for yayaaaaaaaa!

i picked up:

If You Don't Like It... DON'T! - Alvarius B. / Sir Richard Bishop (its prefect)

Jazeera nights - Omar Souleyman (syrian folk and pop tunes. only sampled it but it seems pretty good)

Medical Records Electroconvulsive Therapy Vol. 2 - various (rare cuts of italano disco, pretty catchy i must say)

the only thing i wish i could have snagged was that BBNG release but my spot did not have it Sad

also got like $150 bucks worth of non RSD stuff because yay 20% off

Went to End of an Ear in Austin, TX and got An Ideal for Living for a gift, and then Understanding and Appreciating Classical Music with Ron Jeremy, Sun Ra's Outer Spaceways Incorporated (we so excite!), and Tortoise's Standards (my dream right now would be to stumble across Gamera, Rivers, or Music for Workgroups in a record store). Picked up and pondered buying Type O Negative's Slow, Deep and Hard, Kode9 and the Spaceape's Memories of the Future, and that Songs: Ohia 7" box set but ended up deciding not to get them. Kind of regretting not picking up that Type O release, but I have a feeling they'll have leftover copies next time I visit, as it didn't seem very popular. Totally forgot about the Pop Yeh Yeh comp. in the heat of the moment. My store got a lot of copies of a lot of stuff but I felt like literally every person I saw walking out the door had a copy of An Ideal for Living, Commisions, and the Space Project 7" box set.

I ended up not going, I decided that their wasn't anything I wanted that would warrent getting out of bed before noon on my spring break. Although I was in Chicago yesterday, where I picked up copies of The Glow pt 2 and The Milk Eyed Mender.

The only RSD release I ended up buying was An Ideal For Living Confused

Life After Death was like.. $50, so I decided not to Neutral A place in Toronto released Acid Rap on vinyl though, and I almost picked that up.

But I got some cool other stuff to make up for it.

Blu & Exile - Below The Heavens
Lee Morgan - The Sidewinder
Sun Ra - Jazz In Silhouette
Tame Impala - Lonerism
Animal Collective - Centipede Hz
Rah Rah - The Poet's Dead
Olivia Tremor Control - Black Foliage: Animation Music Volume One
&
Frank Zappa - Over-night Sensation

And I couldn't find the new Life After Buildings reissue Sad

I did witness someone purchase an entire dollar bin though.
