That's glam rock (not to be confused with glam metal).

That's punk rock.

The others have at least some metal in them (maybe Alice Cooper too), but Def Leppard and Motley Crue are the only ones that I would say are unambiguously hair metal.

Slipknot is Alt/Nu metal

Misfits (at least the Danzig era) is Punk rock and sometimes Hardcore Punk
