A pretty OK album from a band who are consistently pretty OK.

Pretty much this, though I prefer it to 'Humbug'.

Pretty consistent and accessible effort by the Monkeys of the Arctic variety

Totally: I've listened to it like 3-4 times and I don't remember a tune.

I don't know, I kind of think "Don't Sit Down Cause I Move Your Chair" has a pretty memorable riff / melody. Not the best song on the album, but pretty memorable (at least to me).

Before everyone starts bashing this album by saying "oh, it's not as great as they're debut" or saying it's just plain garbage. I'll say it here that I love this album. It may not be the most emotionally invigorating, the most energetic or the most groundbreaking album I've ever heard. Hell, It's not even the Arctic Monkey's best, obviously. But it has a charm to it. It's just a lot of fun throwbacks to the retro 1966 era, pop melodies with psychedelic aspects. Just one of the albums to play during the summer time. Plus, this has some of the best singles of this decade thus far.

My thoughts exactly. It's not amongst their Top3 albums, but I think it's still a good enough album, an enjoyable indie pop record. I like the nice poppy melodies, sometimes they are soft sometimes they are a bit heavier with some psychedelic tunes, and the songs flow good together. There aren't very low moments here, maybe the only exception is Brick by Brick.
My picks are Black Treacle, The Hellcat Spangled Shalalala, Don't Sit Down Cause I've Moved Your Chair, Piledriver Waltz and That's Where You're Wrong.
