Michael Jackson was ridiculously talented, but didn't contribute half as many great songs to popular music as Curtis. The Impressions are the most underrated singles band of all time, from early hits like Gypsy Woman through to later stuff like Amen. Also, some of the songs he penned for Jerry Butler (solo), The Five Stairsteps, Aretha etc. are brilliant. Plus, whoever argued neither of them ever made "great albums" is talking rubbish. I don't believe that 'Thriller' is that good, but 'Off The Wall' is a brilliant album, whilst Curtis released quite a few - 'Roots', 'Curtis', 'There's No Place Like America Today', 'This is My Country' (with the Impressions).
Anyway, rant aside, I voted Curt.
