How much time do we have to wait after making a request for a new album?

For an album to be added to the database, it needs to be added to the chart. Then you'll be able to add in the details for the album, and if needed, the details for the artist. You don't have to add in those details, but it is beneficial for you to do so as 1) your chart looks prettier and 2) you get mod points which help unlock more capacity for your overall chart and decade/year/custom charts

To ensure it is added to the database, after typing in the name of an artist who is not in the database, you will see the following below:

"If your artist is correctly spelt and is NOT listed above: This artist does not yet appear on this site.
Click to allow this artist into your chart (please check your spelling before confirming)"

You just have to make sure you click the part that says click to allow for the artist. Then enter in the album, you will see a similar message and just click that too.

Sorry, not sure if I properly understand the problem, but if the problem is adding a new album to your chart, then you need to do as secretdad suggested and click the bottom option (highlighted in orange) from the list of suggestions when adding an album to your chart. This will 'allow' a new album (not already on BEA) into your chart. (As secretdad already mentioned, you'd need to do this for both album AND artist if both are not already on BEA).

This was not clear to me.
Solved, thanks.
