When I was a lad, my conservative parents heard a Rush Limbaugh Paul Shanklin parody of the big single called "Werewolves in Congress". The original is pretty good, but I'm still trying to forget about that.
Haha, I forgot about this album! My Mum had it and I used to listen to it quite a bit when I was younger. But I haven't heard it in ages. The song I remember most is Roland the Headless Thompson Gunner. I think I just liked the story at the time, and thought it was sort of funny- the "son of a bitch" line probably appealed too! Anyway, from what I remember it's a pretty good album; might have to pull it out and have a listen again soon
I was just talking about this with my in-laws. Totally unrelated to the haloween connection too. Don't know how I missed that. _________________ Finnegan was super bad-ass.
