One of my favorite albums of the 80's. The heavy fuzz and feedback provides great layering for a bunch of well crafted tunes.

The experience of adolescence in all its idyllic and raw wall-of-sound.

Even now it still makes my heart beat a little bit faster and I must of played this album well over a hundred times over the years. At the time when I first heard it I was still at School and it was and still is the most exciting thing I've ever heard. I was totally seduced not only by the sheer adrenaline rush of the record but also the whole image of the band along with all those notorious headlines in the music press...plus my parents hated it which is always a bonus for a snotty teenager. Fantastic album!!!
