A good album, but my problem with Kanye remains the same.
Without the samples he would be nothing. I know this is true of all rappers to a certain extent. However, i feel that Kanye can be guilty of pretty much just rapping over the top of already very popular songs rather than making something new out of an old section of a song, like for example Wu Tang Clan or a Tribe Called Quest.
I agree that the samples are one of the main things that make people love this album and I also think it's one of the key reasons this is rated so high because it's a rap albums that so many people who don't listen to rap very much can enjoy. It's incredibly interesting. _________________ All time
