Pretty solid debut album. I like all that fantasy element of their first 2 albums
Lookin' forward to seeing Bohemian Rhapsody when it comes out at Christmas time.

Solid debut that showed some promise, but ultimately it belongs among the weaker Queen albums.
They made a pretty big ileap in quality with Queen II. _________________ All time

let's forget it's Queen for a second, this album is truly one the great hard rock-albums from that year. It's not progrock, it's not glam rock, it's not heavy metal. It's something else, something different, something wonderfull. One of the most "forgotten" Queen-classics are on this album. "Great King Rat", "Liar", "My Fairy King" , "Modern Times Rock n Roll", "Keep Yourself Alive" & "Son & Daughter" still rank upon one the finest Queen-songs from the 70's...
