This is a great album right here. they were coming off of the relatively noisy They Were Wrong So We Drowned, but they took this to a studio meant for foley work, like recording footsteps for books on tape and that sort of thing. The band explore a lot more quiet and beautiful moments here, and the sounds really shine in this space.

This is probably my favorite Liars album; although, I enjoy WIXIW and Mess too. I don't think that I could recommend this to everyone, but give it a try if you haven't.
