Apart from Hölderlin, Carol of Harvest, Flashes, Mass in F Minor and Songs of Innocence, these are almost entirely unknown to me, and that is saying something.

Carol of Harvest – a sort of hybrid between Renaissance’s Turn of the Cards, Can’s Future Days and Throwing Muses’ early work, with all those artists being in my own top 100 – is a very good album indeed, one which I have thought I might include on a decade chart. Flashes and Hölderlin, I must say, are not nearly so impressive.
