An ambitious record that is far too derivative, recycled, and without purpose for my taste. There's a lot of nostalgic voyeurism going on here as Daughters look back on Swans, Oxbow, and Big Black with love but unfortunately don't really have anything sonically interesting to say with this front-loaded love letter to how noise rock used to be.
