What decides who's chart is ranked higher when they both have the same average rating?
Here's a example I found. Take a look at 15th vs. 16th HERE.
They both have the same average rating, but taric has a higher number of votes, comments and favorites. Plus his chart is twice as big Shouldn't Taric's chart be ranked one or more places higher? Seems like it's a tie, based on average rating alone. If this is true, the ranking numbers should reflect this.
RF is correct, the number is trimmed for neatness. This page is not on the top-level navigation; however, you can get to it by selecting 'charts' from the drop-down list on the top-rated albums/songs page.
