Been meaning to listen to more XTC. Love The Black Sea from 1980. I'm guessing this album as well as there other albums are remarkably different from one another. Or share similar qualities but vibe wise is different.

Yes, this is very different from Black Sea. XTC had a lot of stylistic variety throughout their career. This one is great and currently my second favorite after Apple Venus Volume 1.
