Hmm... well, actually, I used to watch quite a few R-rated movies in theatres when I was sixteen, which wasn't that long ago... do they actually, like, check IDs at movie theatres now?

Ya. Sometimes Confused I've only been ID-ed once, which lead into a fight Neutral And to this day, I still haven't seen Drive Sad Which is apparently amazing.

it's okay, don't be sad about not getting to see it though - it's waaaaaaay overrated.

This is one of the most difficult films of the year. There are flaws of course, no film has really attained perfection. The libel subplot has never really made much sense in the context of the murder investigation and the aftermath of the investigation isn't handled well because of a gaping plot hole. The film nevertheless rises above its murky source material to provide one of the most powerful female characters in a long time. It also is a hell of a murder mystery to boot.

Just finishing the book now. I haven't been that sucked in by a book in a long time. It's definitely a well paced mystery story. Parts of it are pretty disturbing though.
