HUH! I've never heard of that before!!!!!!

BEA is on shared hosting and the mail server shares the same IP address as other unrelated websites. If the other sites cause a problem and end up blacklisted, BEA ends up on the same list for no fault of our own and our mail will bounce before it hits your mail box. It happens occasionally, and until BEA can afford the money for dedicated hosting, it will continue to be an issue. I won't publicly say who your email is hosted by, but I can tell from your email address. If you approached them to mention this, it would help a lot to speed up getting BEA removed from that list.

some ISPs are very trigger-happy adding sites to their blacklists. I'm glad they responded quickly to the removal request... Cool
