40FootWolf used to have a good review of this on ProgArchives.

Of course, I personally prefer Thumbnail. Click to enlarge.
Tales Of Slipknot Oceans by Omega Testing
Which is actually a name that my brother came up with, not me. And it was originally the name for a song on a completely different album, "Post-Crunkcore" from Thumbnail. Click to enlarge.
Billy Bob Jones by Charlie N. George
To tie all of this together, I always assumed it high school that this was what killed prog, something so ambitious that it's embarrassing. But it actually does have its moments of greatness nonetheless.

I think this gets a LOT more hate than it deserves. It's not an amazing album, but it's not nearly as bad as people say it is. Yea, I get that it's kind of the pinnacle of self-involved prog rock with lyrics based on Hindu scripture and stuff, but it's still a pretty good album. It gets a little wrapped up in itself sometimes, but overall not bad. _________________ 2023 Chart

Stellar album. Hugely ambitious, and for the most part it rises to the challenge. My #4 Yes album.
