if it's beng deleted, it could be the same as this problem with IE8. IMHO, Firefox is a better browser...

it sounds like there's something on your PC deleting the cookies e.g. an over-enthusiastic virus scanner. Nothing has changed here with this part of the site. I've tried to repro the problem using the following steps:
- log in to BEA with 'remember me' checked
- close the BEA tab on your browser
- close your browser
- re-open your browser
- go to BEA
- you should still be logged-in
if anybody else wants to try this and let me know if they get a problem....

Firefox v3.6.9 (Windows Vista) - ok
IE8 8.0 (Windows Vista) - ok
Apple Safari 5 (Mac OS X 10.6) - ok

Also works fine using both Firefox v.3.6.9 and IE8 with Windows 7.
