Yes, Bork, it is.
Better than any of Zep's albums (if not barely), better than any of the Stones' albums, better than any of the Allman Brothers stuff, better than PJ Harvey, WAYYY better than Nina Simone,

do you mean blues or blues rock? cause most of the artists you're mentioning are blues rock.

I haven't heard all of the Stripes albums, but off of this i can say Arcade Fire wins.
Arcade Fire:
Funeral - 100
Neon Bible - 60
Suburbs - 90
83.3 Average
White Stripes
White Blood Cells - 80
Elephant - 95
De Stijl - 65
Get Behind Me Satan - 85
Icky Thump - 80
81 Average.

Of course, that's also what I thought of PJ Harvey at first, and now I love her.

White Blood Cells isn't much of a blues album. It is probably my favourite Blues-Rock album, however, with a heavy influence of grunge of course.

Go with "The Blues" and "Pastel Blue". If you can get through her performance of "Strange Fruit" without having a heart attack you're inhuman.
