I think that it doesn't really matter where they are living but where the majority of the members of the group were born. |
Kevin was born in NY, Bilinda in London, Debbie in England. You can see how that being the determinant is problematic. They were always a London-based band. They have always been apart of and major players in the UK scene. They even appeared on the Brit Box compilation.
