No problem. It gives me immense pleasure to know that people are listening to something I wrote. Considering all the music you could be listening to, you chose to give mine a listen. That makes me very happy.

I confess I was always scared of him, but he treated me like I was
His very best friend - that's all
Wasn't sure what to make of his generosity
I guess he just had himself a good day - maybe that's all
But it made me want to do something in return for him
Why was he so kind?
We sat around on his couch in his garage
While he told us stories
He rolled us all up a dube and we smoked 'em
We smoked our own dubes
He even gave us cigaerrtes when we asked for one
Just handed 'em over
Why was this man so kind to us
What did we do to deserve it?
This man who was such a strong healthy independent man
Looked down upon us with respect and kindness
There was a motherly instinct just hiding beind his masculinity
Why are dreams so real and crazy
Why do they leave such an impression on our conscious mind?
It's something you can't really make heads or tails of

You can't really make sense of a dream

It's like being in love
Or seeing a vision

yes it's true. even though in the conscious realm i beat it to hunks like Adrian Brody - the dream exposes the true longing. actually now that I think about it, I wish I had given this song a more self-reflexive title like: A Rather Homoerotic Freudian Number.
