I have decided to fill 3 slots in my 50 Greatest Albums Chart in January with my favourite albums released in the 2010s regardless of whether they are my favourite albums of all time. Laura Veirs - July Flame is my second inclusion. I will replace my 3 picks as I discover other albums in the 2010s which I prefer. I feel that this is important because it is a new decade and only albums listed in greatest albums charts get into the database for us to rate. I hope that others make a little space in their charts for 2010s albums also.

I've listened to two albums so far in the year, Contra and Heartland.

I love Heartland, it's so epic and heart warming, it appeals to my senses so well. Album of the year so far.
