Both are hugely important but overrated debuts. However, I don't listen to Hendrix for any reason other than curiosity. Easy choice.

Is This It is a great album, but Are You Experienced is legendary.
(not that that's a valid reason for voting and blah blah blah blah blah insert massive BEA argument here that ends in discussion of objectivity vs. subjectivity and JMan using the word 'Facetious')

I don't care much for either, but The Strokes doesn't annoy me like Hendrix does, at least, so "Is This It" it is.

I prefer Is This It, though Are You Experienced contributed so much more to music.
Still, my vote lies with Is This It purely down to opinion.
