Nirvana only made one album worth listening to. It's a very good one.

What about Bleach and Unplugged? I think Bleach has a number of good songs.

I also think that the song You Know You're Right showed that they would've still had enough in the tank as so not to get too stale. I think they would've escaped at least the 90s without putting out a mediocre or bad album.

Bleach is worse than In Utero. Completely unlistenable. You may be right about Unplugged, was thinking of their studio album catalog.

A no brainer for myself, as commercially successful as Nevermind was, I much prefered In Utero.

I have to go to with In Utero. It's just more interesting, I think. I think it varies more per song.

In Utero is the very soul of Nirvana, Nevermind is some new wave phase of theirs. Kurt's favorite record was Raw Power; In Utero is their Raw Power.

Definitely Nevermind, In Utero is good but it's nowhere near as good as Nevermind. Bleach is horrid.

Wow, can't believe this came back. In the time since I posted this, I pretty much made up my mind. In Utero's great and in many ways much deeper than Nevermind, but Something in the Way is easily the only sub-perfect song on Nevermind, and even it isn't bad at all. There really is no comparison.

I prefer Fun House and post-punk.

In Utero when it comes to what is true to the band and their sound. Plus my favorite song of theirs- all apologies is on it. Other than that it is able to do the more artistic parts of their sound - song endings and openings are more unique, etc.

I would have chosen Nevermind had the poll been which album is more important/influential.
