Pitchfork is great for news, lists, and keeping up with trends.

In terms of actually reading/listening, Fantano generally has something insightful to say about whatever album I'm listening to at the time.

Consequence of Sound is good more times than not.

Fantano is pretty great, and gives good critiques of albums.
Dead End Hip Hop is good - sometimes their video structure can be pretty unfocused, but they have some good reviews and provide some good social commentary.

I like Metacritic. It's a good place to start looking at reviews.

...and BEA hasn't steered me too far wrong.
