I hate it when people try to take over. In my current band I recently recruited this top guitarist who has incredible feel for the blues. Problem is, he doesn't realise that it's not his band and has recruited 2 drummers. So now the band has 2 guitarists(one who sings) no bassist and 3 drummers. Lovely.....

I am fond of "The Shadows"
Possibly something partly psychedelic like "The Anti-Something Movement"
Maybe something freaky or funny like "The Bomber Boys"
Or something without any sense in it like "Time Falls Down"

The Saturday Night Beavers

Anytime I try to think of names for a band without any context, I can't help thinking the "The The" was a brilliant band name.

Also, has anybody ever noticed how "therapist" is just one space away from being "the rapist". talk about a mindfuck ...
