I prefer some other MJ albums over this one, but it's great.

The album starts with the best opening track for concerts ever, I mean, Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' , what else can one want?

The second track, Baby Be Mine is the one of the weakest tracks, I prefer the demo.
I love The Girl Is Mine, it's fun.

Though the 'big three', Thriller, Beat It and Billie Jean are great, I can't really love them that much anymore. They are played too often.

Human Nature is a great ballad and P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing) is another fun track.
The Lady In My Life is definitely the weakest track.

Great album.

This album was the Thriller of pop music -- best pop album ever. You don't sell an ungodly 90 million albums unless your album is ace, boss AND tits.

Not as good as Bad, but it's impossible not to enjoy and dance to this album!

It could be worse. He could be posing with a baby tiger or something.

I only wish my jokes were that layered and nuanced.

While i really like Bad, and check my overall chart if you disbelieve me, and this deserves its own thread to go into further detail, Bad is an inferior attempt to copy what Jacko did on Thriller. Anyway, i love both albums. Very Happy

I can understand what you're saying alright, it does seem a bit like that alright, I understand why people prefer Thriller, I just seem to prefer Bad (Possibly due to Smooth Criminal Cool )

I listened to Bad not that long ago and it struck me as really dated. I'm no huge fan of Thriller, but the best tracks on it seem to possess a certain timelessness that is missing on Bad.
