I don't really see the point of these lists myself, but you take it way too seriously. It's just a name he gave to albums which are #11 in their respective categories Relax!

There's seriously just no point at all to these lists. I'm pretty sure no one in there right mind would go, "Gee, I wonder what the #11 albums in each category are OH LOOK A LIST FOR IT". I couldn't care less, honestly.
