I'd say Liars. They've been on a pretty amazing run. 6 unique albums over the past 10 years. Each has seemingly challenged the band to do something new.

I'll echo this, they probably have the highest amount of fantastic albums that I can think of in the last ten years. Also throw in Destroyer because how could I not, Antlers because I still love them, Sun Kil Moon even though Ghosts is 03, and sure Anco. I may also throw Spoon there because even though their best came in 2002 I like pretty much everything they've done a lot.

This makes me realize my tastes skew much further towards the singer/songwriter or single composer, so I guess Ill be boring here and go with Grizzly Bear

Wow this is actually really tough. Assuming 2005-2014, here's my top 6 complete with all the albums they've released over the past 10 years that are eligible:
6 Panic! At The Disco (A Fever You Can't Sweat Out, Pretty. Odd, Vices and Virtues, Too Weird To Live, Too Rare To Die!)
5 The Antlers (Uprooted, In The Attic Of The Universe, Hospice, Together, Burst Apart, Undersea, Familiars)
4 Bloc Party (Silent Alarm, A Weekend In The City, Intimacy, Four, The Nextwave Sessions)
3 The National (Alligator, Boxer, High Violet, Trouble Will Find Me)
2 Death Cab For Cutie (Plans, Narrow Stairs, The Open Door, Codes and Keys)
1 Blue October (Foiled, Approaching Normal, Any Man In America, Sway) _________________

Assuming this is 2004-2014, it would have to be Arcade Fire.
Shortly followed by Animal Collective.
If this was just solo artists though, it would be a very close call between Kanye West and Joanna Newsom for me. _________________ Submit Your List for BEA's 2023 Film Poll!

I've forgot about Black Moth Super Rainbow. I know most of you don't really like them, but they're one of my favorites from the last decade.

Alcest, Menomena, Mi Ami, Soft Moon and Beach House have all gone unmentioned i believe. will also second Animal Collective, Arcade Fire and The National. though the last ten years have belonged to the solo artist/singer-songwriter with Joanna Newsom, Janelle Monae, Kendrick, Kanye, Julia Holter, Jenny Hval, Andy Stott and Mark Kozelek etc.
