Maybe it was generated after you posted, but it seems ok here at the moment: http://www.besteveralbums.com/thechart.php?c=1582
I'll keep my eye on things, but the way things are set up, the only time similar charts might not appear for a particular chart is within a one hour window after a chart has just been updated.
(At all other times, similar charts *should* be displayed, except perhaps if a chart is very small, or if it contains an entirely different selection of albums/artists to anybody else.)

If I click the link you provided they come up, but if I go to 'My Chart' and click 'View on site' it still says "similar charts have not yet been determined".
