500gb music!? Shocked I have seen you give albums on your chart 70/100, I never thought you would want to own so much music.

haha.. yeah, when i give an album 70 it's usually because it has 1 or 2 great songs and a bunch of filler.. or is fairly enjoyable and consistent throughout without being truly great

i guess it's not that hard to fill 500gb these days.. most of it is in 320kps and it has taken me about 3 years to do Razz

Here's my new one:

Remember the Time-Time

Remember the Time-Time

Remember the time-time?
I remember the time-time
I remember the playground
I remember the sand-sand
I remember the structures
I remember the fat teacher
Who would always try to thwart our happiness
The fat teacher hated our joy

I remember the time-time
I can remember the time-time
I can remember the people
I can remember the people
I remember the time-time
I remember the concrete
I remember the brick wall
I remember the time-time
I remember the girls house
I remember the girls room
I remember the time-time
Oh so many memories
I remember the time-time
Do you remember the time-time?
Think back to when the time-time
Oh with the people and the time-time and the places
So many places
So many places
Do you remember the slide-slide
Do you remember the monkey bars
Made of metal in the park

The sand-sand
Do you remember the sand-sand
Do you remember the grass-grass
Do you remember the time-time
Do you remember the structures
Do you rememeber the time-time
Do you remember the road
Do you remember the car-car
I remember the slide-slide
I remember my friends-friends
I remember the boys-boys
I remember the tricks-tricks
That were played on me-me
And I remember the shame-shame
I remember the time-time
I remember the time-shame
I remember the fat teacher
Oh the fat teacher
I remember the girls-girls
I remember the girls-girls

with remember the time time, before i read the lyrics, i was half expecting a michael jackson cover, but i was pleasantly surprised nonetheless.. a touching ballad-cum-pop-ditty with an uncharactaristic innocence to it. i've just slammed 400g of chocolate into my face so i'm kind of vegging out right now and it was nice to lay back and chill to it. although i was wondering at what point jack the ripper would be introduced to the dialogue..

it would be a great album closer too. leaving the listener on a happy, nostalgic note after being morally assaulted with sinister tales of ungodly unions and genetically challenged offspring.

beatles haircut is quality too, much in the same vein. as for gentleman prefer boys, the lyrics are awesomely psychadelic. i can imagine it with a beach boys type beat in the sloop john b vein. although i would definitely advise trimming it down. 16:29 is a little extreme..

in conclusion, i would say that this batch represents a more melodic direction to your music. one which you would be well advised to pursue if you intend on offending the widest audience possible. in fact, all these tunes remind me vaguely of that plain white t's track "hey there delila". melodically only of course..

Actually, I think Time-Time would be the perfect album opener to lull the listener in. It's like the way a David Lynch film starts, all innocent, and then it shows you the dark underbelly. I'm with you, 16 min is extreme and if anyone actually listens to the whole thing I'll consider offering a cash prize. You should check around 10-12 min, i remember it getting pretty funny around that point. And as always, thanks for listening tele. You've always been there to check out my tunes, and I really appreciate that : >.

Vegetable Caller presents: Beatles Haircut

The infamous Vegetable Caller has teamed up with Elston to create a panaormic ode to that misunderstood and long neglected band (The Beatles). Some have said of the collaboration, "[it] exposes the fetishistic instinct inherent in a coporate society", others have noted, "the dense compositions display a perverse love of the art of sound." Don't miss out on this once in a life time oppurtunity.

Cause and Effect 3.36 mb 3:18 min

Cause and Effect

You say you know just why you do the things you do
A simple reason that explains it all for you
Well I have tried some things like that in my own way
It seems to work at first but then it fades away
‘Cuz I don’t know

I used to think I wasn’t smart enough to see
The different forces that some people claim to be
At work in everything and everywhere that is
Existing in the changing universes’ sphere
Now I don’t know

There comes a time when you will say nothing is real
That doesn’t make it true it’s just the way you feel
And what we know from life is only what we sense
Which means that every truth in life is just an accident
Yeah I don’t know

Here's some new stuff, slightly new direction love to hear your thoughts:

Shouldn't-a Learned My Lessons
Volcanos etc.
Little Kids

Shouldn't-a Learned My Lessons

I shouldn’t-a learned my lessons with you
I shouldn’t-a learned my lessons

There was a time when I was foolish when I was silly when I didn’t know my ass from a hole in the ground when I loved you
And you used to wear that fire shirt snake hose rampart that you used to use to get me hot under the collar
I’m just a man who had enough patience to spare a couple beehives to you
And I never asked too much for my ledgers I only wanted half weeks pay

But I had no one to tell my piggy bank stories of lust to while the bees screamed my name at the billboards
And I could feel your mind pulsing across the open empty networks, “I think I’ll eat your face with a hammer.”
I never meant to disrupt your palette I just meant to tell you goodbye
And I never meant to cause no commotion I only meant to tell you goodbye

So now I’m smoking in a bathrobe that is mint colored and flavoured I think I’ll see myself home in the next life
Anyway we all go into the darkness of the street lamps with our cookie cutter souls and our monikers

I shouldn’t-a learned my lessons with you
It stopped me from making the same mistakes over and over again but I miss you
I shouldn’t-a learned my lessons with you
I should-a left them in the clothespins

Volcanos etc.

I was watching a nature show on TV the other day (what show was that about?)
It was on volcanoes - yeah
With all that toxic gas and lava just spewing forth (oh heavens to Betsy!)
Funny thought occurred to me - yeah
Reminds me of my girlfriend's vagina

You ever slop some jam onto a warm croissant? (oh yes I love croissants!)
You ever eat a pear - yeah (pears so are very juicy)
Have you ever had a taco with the meat packed tight (oh you're making me hungry)
Felt the juices dripping - whoa (slurp slurp slurp)
Reminds me of my girlfriends vagina

There's a lot of things that remind me of vaginas (I wanna hear the whole list!)
Take a flower with it's petals - yeah
Those folds of flower labia skin just flopping around (labia quivers)
That's how they catch the bees - whoa
Reminds me of my girlfriends vagina

Little Kids

Oh Father won't ya hear my prayers
There's something evil going on this Earth
People been casting the first stone
Before thinking 'bout what it's worth
Passed a little boy crying in the subway
Wanted to make him shine
Mama says that I'm going crazy
It's so hard to find

But I know that some sweet day
That an angel will come my way
Touch my soul from the Heaven's above
Fill me up with God's Love

Cuz we're all attracted to little kids
We're all attracted yeah
We're all attracted to little kids
In our own repressed way

But I've borne their whips of hatred
I've felt their evil stares on my spine
Vultures and crooks they'll put your light out
All the time
But when I see a little child smile
I know there's something worth fighting for
God always loves the downtrodden and despaired ones
And the poor

There's a voice from far away
Grace of God will hear me pray
He will change the people's minds
He will touch their souls to find

We're all attracted to little kids
We're all attracted yeah
We're all attracted to little kids
In our own repressed way

Sing it with me now kids
All the children are smiling
Waving their hands in the air
Everybody's holding hands
Everybody's feeling fine
There's finally some peace on this Earth

Can't you see all the little children smiling
Proud to be on God's green Earth
There's no malicious intent or hatred
There's just beautiful blue skies and Heaven's Grace
