I'm not looking for the best song on the album. Personally, I'm looking for best opening tracks.

I did not start this thread, but that is my interpretation of it.


Iron Maiden, with the majority of their opening tracks, picked songs that reached out and grabbed your attention.

It's like you walk into the room and Eddie catches you off guard with a quick and powerful 5 across the eyes.

Definitely one of the best ever.

Also, Teeth Like God's Shoeshine off Lonesome Crowded West springs to mind.

Both probably in my top 10 all time songs.
