How about the French speaking Canadians? |
Oui, qu'en est-il de nous? I mean, nous somme fiers de ne notre francais! I spent years on it! YEARS! |
Direct from wikipedia (though I know that wiki is not always a reliable source, it just seems that they'll put it better than I will). Bold is my own. wikipedia wrote: | Anglo-America includes the United States (Hawaii excluded) and Canada in North America, and the term is frequently used in reference to the two countries together. Despite having a French-speaking majority, Quebec is often considered part of Anglo-America due to cultural, economic, geographical, historical, and political considerations. Other areas composing the Anglophone Caribbean include territories of the British West Indies, Belize, Bermuda, and Guyana. |
So yes, while Quebec (and northern Ontario and western New Brunswick) are primarily francophone, by convention it is usually included in Anglo-America. And it seems I was incorrect in my exclusion of Anglophone Caribbean from the term.
On a side note Jack, if you spent years on your French, I'd hope you'd speak it better than that. :P  |
After my final grade 12 French exam I kinda lost pretty much all of my French...
It was very sad. _________________ A dick that's bigger than the sun.

But, like Sweden and Denmark, it is not part of the Euro Zone!
