The Underture from Welcome 2 My Nightmare is pretty good, but not one if the best. It REALLY fit the album.

Radiohead - Street Spirit (Fade Out)
- Ends the album extremely well.
- I vastly prefer this song to Motion Picture Soundtrack

The Doors - The End
- A popular choice as an ending song
- A agonised crawl to the end of the album that just works.

R.E.M. - Nightswimming
- Not the final song of Automatic For The People but still makes a good closing song.

"Anywhere I Lay My head" off Rain Dogs.
"Desolation Row" off Highway 61 Revisited is pretty epic and awesome! That's my un-final answer.

-All is Full of Love ends Bjork's Homogenic really well.

-Upon This Title Wave of Young Blood end's Clap Your Hands and Say Yeah's self titled well.

-Back and Forth ends The Dismemberment Plan's Emergency and I well.

-Say Yes ends Elliott Smith's either/or well.

-Congratulations ends MGMT's Congratulations well.

-the ending to every modest mouse album

-Life In a Glasshouse ends Amnesiac well.

Probably the perfect second to last song, I think Find The River than carries on from there flawlessly.
