Weird but interesting matchup. It was close, but ended up going with Диктатура Меня, too nostalgic to resist.

…I would divide all bets into three categories for clarity.
1. Administrative (very high rating).
2. Systemic (average rating)
3. Anti-system (very low rating or unknown)…

It is obvious that two anti-system stakes clashed here.
At the same time, not a single song has the honorary status of a single.
Kaho Matsui's mother album now ranks #1,890 (RYM-2022)
I have not been able to find this artist's card on BEA.
At the same time, Kaho Matsui has released several LPs in the last year alone.
For me, this track is a mixture of close sounds from familiar songs.
It looks more interesting than many other bets in the tournament.
There is an aura, but the same key gap remains.
I find no points of melodic catharsis here.

I think that an even smaller circle of people knows about the Мрачные Щи.
This project now has about 2,500 subscribers on the social network.
Even for the population of Russia, this is too small a figure.
But this song is also distinguished by its protest content.
The author does not see the future if the musical taste of the population does not change.
As a solution to the problem, he offers his dictatorship.
This is very reminiscent of other infamous stories.
There is a suspicion that this is a parody.
But the chorus about terrible music ratings is true.
The conclusion suggests itself - dictators become imperceptibly.))

The Kaho Matsui catalog is emblematic of the trend away from conventional "albums & singles" discographies, at least as I see it. She has dozens of tracks (and as you say, a few EPs and albums too) on Bandcamp and on Soundcloud, none of which have been released on any physical medium, and there's even more stuff listed under her vanity label, Bedside Tetrapod, some of which was released on cassette under the name "Kazuma Matsui," and there's even more material under the name "Goldenboy." And this is all just within the last 3 years!

Some friends of hers in Portland, OR had a label called "Norm Records," so they signed her to release the album S/T, which includes "Fubar" and a mixture of new and previously-released tracks. But on Bandcamp, that album isn't listed with her other material at all, it's only listed under Norm Records (though it is listed with her other stuff on Soundcloud, because you can't actually buy it there). And Norm also released it on CD, so that's now her only physical release (so far) as "Kaho Matsui," and therefore the only one on Discogs (though the Kazuma Mitsui material is there because it was released on cassette.) But as you've noted, nobody here has taken the trouble to add S/T here on BEA yet. (And no, I wasn't planning on doing it myself.)

There's more explanation in this article about her on Willamette Week.

I also noticed that all of her material on Bandcamp is tagged as "breadcore," even though none of the songs have anything to do with bread, or baking, or even food in general. #Breadcore is a legitimate tag on Instagram and other social networking sites, used by bread-baking enthusiasts, so it's fair to say that Kaho Matsui is stealing it — for reasons/motives that I assume are completely unknown. And in addition to that, the S/T album is also tagged as "transgender," so I guess she's trans, and "Kazuma" was her pre-transition name...? That probably makes the situation even more confusing for the untold number of Matsui completists out there.
