Hello anybody who reads this. Just a thought, but I think it would be really cool and helpful if this website offered album suggestions based on the albums you have listened to. It would be like Netflix only for BEA giving suggestions for music. You would rate the album 0-100 and based the ratings you give, the website would offer suggestions. It could ask you about your preferences to make the BEA experience more personable, interactive, and enjoyable. If you guys don't like the suggestion, that is completely fine too. Just would like to know if this could be a thing.

I could have sworn there was a feature which showed 'people who like this album also enjoy' or similar, but I can't find it at the moment. There isn't a personalised suggestion system though, and while I think it would be a nice addition if possible, it feels like implementing one might be a waste of resources when other websites do the same thing.
If you're looking for an automatic reccomendation system, Last.Fm creates suggestions based on what you listen to, and RateYourMusic creates them based on which albums you rank highly.
Otherwise, I know you can still go on your own chart and check out 'similar charts' to get some inspiration from other people's tastes, or even pop on the forums and ask one of us - we'd be happy to give you some good albums

This feature was removed during the last update as the suggestions weren't working that well. I've added it back in temporarily & I'll work on improving the algorithm as time allows. Agree, Last.fm works very well.
