An attempt to find what the BEA community thinks are the best movies ever made. After we're done, I'll reveal a chart of the top-ranked films.
Everyone interested sends me a PM with anywhere from 1 to 100 movies, ranked in the same way we rank our albums list. First place movie earns 100 points, next film gets 99, next 98, etc. These all get compiled into one overall chart.
So the process would be very similar to the Forum Regulars album chart that we had a while ago, if you're familiar with that one.
EDIT: I think it would be fair to allow TV movies and shorts into this, but bear in mind they probably wouldn't go as far or get as many other votes as standard feature length theatrical films.

Preferably English, unless they're more commonly known by their foreign title (i.e. Ikiru, rather than To Live)
