Oh I know they are a bit zealous but I meant that they aren't exactly "scary". Like tumblr is relatively safe and inviting compared to the rest of the internet. I mean if you said something like 4chan I'd get it, but I just don't see how tumblr is a place to "fear" exactly.

There are pockets of weirdly too far. tumblr's mostly got problems with a bit extreme feminism, and reddit with the exact opposite. Every site's a bit not perfect.

Nah though I'd say both groups are worse than the "pop punk" side of tumblr.
I always feel a little awkward about those two because they make both genders look dumber than we should look. TBH MRA should just be "men deserve paternity leaves if they don't have them already, and men can get raped too" and feminism should be "well all that stuff men have, we have". Either side wanting more than the other is messed up. But I don't fear them, by any means. Most of em are just frustrated people behind a keyboard and a screen, few do anything terrible. I fear the part of people that makes them go farther, though anyone could have that in them.
