|
OK, so who would win album by album?
ROUND 1:
PARACHUTES VS YOUTH AND YOUNG MANHOOD
ROUND 2:
A RUSH OF BLOOD TO THE HEAD VS AHA SHAKE HEARTBREAK
ROUND 3:
X&Y VS BECAUSE OF THE TIMES
ROUND 4:
VIVA LA VIDA VS ONLY BY THE NIGHT
ROUND 5:
MYLO XYLOTO VS COME AROUND SUNDOWN
ROUND 6:
GHOST STORIES VS MECHANICAL BULL
For me, it's a clean tie 3 to 3.
Coldplay wins on Parachutes, Rush, and Mylo while KOL takes Because, Only, and Mechanical.
What do you guys think?
And who will win the tie breaker on next LP?

I posted this before I saw your earlier post by the way.
Also, what exactly is the big deal about creating new forum topics vs adding on to an existing one?

Well, typically it clogs up the front page and half of the topics you've created have already been created before. This might help, http://www.besteveralbums.com/phpBB2/search.php

Sorry, my bad.
Either way, it clogs up the music forum with threads that are not needed - most people aren't going to bother answering what their favourite Radiohead album is, and they also probably don't want to do it time after time with every band possible in 600 different threads, scrolling through 60 pages of the music forum.
My point is if everyone wanted to ask a question about music taste and created a new thread whilst doing so, we'd just have interesting conversation buried because users aren't willing to go all the way to page 5 in the hope that, amongst the sea of bullshit threads, we have a decent conversation going. _________________

makes perfect sense. sorry, being new, I was honestly getting "points happy" trying to get to level 4 or whatever... but now that I am aware of this, I will be sure to just comment on previous threads going forward. thanks

By the way you don't get extra points for *making* a thread haha
A user called Precedent used a strangefully great tactic to boost up points. You should comment on every track you listen to with just a small rating i.e. "good" or "8/10" or something like that. It really improves the quality of your reviewing too and everyone on BEA will appreciate you expressing your opinion on this track! _________________

Or you could use the Jman approach. Do the same but make sure you copy and paste it for the same track on various compilations.
