Recent Customize Chart Error

When I click "Do not include members' charts" and click "make chart" it takes me to the correct chart, but if I select "next" or any page number, the chart revert back to including members' charts. Example: without members charts, the Pet Sounds album is no. 4, but if you click "next" page it's no. 11 (the spot it has if you include members).

I've tried many combinations and can't get it to work,

Also, the area where you can download the chart doesn't save your customized chart (I think it also always includes members' charts)
