I'd probably put Chronic Town higher, but I feel like I'd rather put a lot of albums on before I put on an EP.
The top 6 here are so hard to rank because they're all albums that I have an absurdly strong emotional connection with. Monster and Up are criminally underrated, and honestly Up is perhaps the only album I know that seems to sound better with each listen - I feel like they need more time than R.E.M.'s other albums. I'm super excited to see the outcome
