- Post subject: I've stopped receiving e-mail updates
|
Just a quick one - for some reason, despite the boxes concerning e-mail updates on chart comments and replies to comments on charts remaining ticked, I've stopped receiving these updates. I'm wondering if anybody else is having this problem? And what might be causing it?

Mine have stopped arriving altogether. I've tried un-ticking and re-ticking the relevant boxes, but to no avail. It's not a major issue, I'm just curious as to why it might be happening.

That's odd. I noticed that mine were all gone and then decided to root through my junk mail and found them.
No idea what's going on with yours though.

Yeah, mine come and go, sometimes I get nothing but other times they're there.
While the subject is raised is there a possibility of getting some sort of notification system for chart comments/ratings? Something like the one for PM's currently could work, that's one of the main reasons I use the email at the moment.

BEA appears to be having problems emailing to certain domains which are all served by the same parent company. I'm in the process of resolving the issue with this provider. Most on this thread are likely affected by the same issue which should be resolved very shortly. Affected addresses end in @msn.com, @Outlook.com, @hotmail.com, or @live.com.
