- Prince (for the rankings)

Find enough good post-hardcore to make a full chart
Find poppy enough music my best friend will stomach it while also still being stuff I'll listen to
Still like looking for obscure releases from obscure countries, but not a proper project I guess _________________

I try to reach 1000 albums out of Acclaimed Music top 3000 (getting close) but lots of my listening is driven by forum games and trying to follow the new releases a bit.

Not working on anything outside of expanding borders and listening to a majority of my recent faves such as Jimmy eat world, Gatsbys American Dream, Frantz Casseus's Haitan Dances, Fountains of Wayne, and Ash.
However, perhaps the most coherent item on my list is listening to new world albums when possible.

Yeah I started working through Rolling Stone's top 500 to expand my knowledge of popular music, rather than stick to my underground indie that fails to start conversations.
At the moment though I'm just trying to get my 2014 chart to 100.

I've been listening to a lot of Hip-Hop and Electronica. I'm always into "comforting" Indie Rock (Pavement and My Morning Jacket).
I listen to everything I can find, but I tend to check out Hip-Hop first.
