I dont know why I have never listen to this. I got to give it a try. "Out of Time" is pretty good.

Many Blur fans dismissed this as devoid of emotion and bland, and told me it wasn't worth my time. However, I have found this album is superb and would definitely rank in my Blur top 4 or 5.

A lot of experimenting, especially on the second half. A lot of electronic sounds too. I don't think it would be wrong to call it a triphop album at some points, eh?

When I hear this, I hear a Damon Albarn solo album. _________________ Finnegan was super bad-ass.

Definitely underrated, very messy but it's really just part of the charm. And I agree it was basically "Blur"'s own Terror Twilight or All Shook Down- ie their leader's difficult first solo album rather than an actual full band release.
