All the annoying pretension and mumbling of Radiohead, without the Johnny Greenwood songwriting and musicianship to make it actually good.

Not for nothing, but if you're going to give the majority of creative credit from Radiohead to one person you might look into how he spells his name.
I like this album.

Radiohead without guitars. This isn't a bad thing.
Harrowdown Hill is probably the standout here. However The Eraser as an opening track sets the mood for the rest of the album.
Appearances in my charts:
Position 76/100 - Overall
Position 27/100 - 2000s chart
Position 4/50 - 2006 chart

I thought I had read that the band he toured with for this record, Atoms for Peace, was supposed to be putting out a record of their own. That was ages ago. I don't know what happened with that.

First time I've heard 'ballin' applied to Thom Yorke.
Either way, in the right mood, this album is perfect.

I don't like it as much as I did when it first came out but it's still a great little collection of songs "Analyse" chief among them.
